According to the MSN website, a top Indian government official has now told
BBC that as many as 100,000 people may have perished in Gujrat, India.
Unfortunately, the estimates continue to go up on a daily basis. The stories
coming out of Gujrat are truly heart breaking and we pray for the victims
and their families. I am forwarding the message sent earlier to the Advaitin
list by Sadaji, which gives a number of websites of the Hindu, Christian,
Jewish and many other organizations including the American Red Cross that
are accepting contributions for humanitarian assistance for the earthquake
victims in India.
