No, this is not correct. The choice is the choice of the persona, or ego.
Once this choice has been made then Chaos is liberated, but not out of the
persona. It liberated through the fact that the position of everything is
now possible so anything is possible, unmodulated <---important. Some things
are determined by the persona such as want or need, but some things are not.
They could be delivered by - another persona (in most cases this is what
happens) or by the very illusion itself. These things may have nothing to do
with awareness or choice of one's own creation.

The same way you would explain the nature of the Void to anyone or anything
else. The rape victim should not be treated any differently because they
have gine through some trauma. I think you are about to miss something here
or change your view. Let us see.

What you are talking about here is being "in tune" with someone close. When
this is presented properly or understood through liberation then one sees
everything is "in tune". If you are looking for full resolution then
Everyone and Everything must be taken into account. The whole process of
knowing the mind in it's nakedness does this.
