It has NOTHING to do with semantics ..

but it has to do with the imprint of the phonetics
  and the associated emotional response in the
  cells of the physical body ..
  which are passed down through the DNA

A child in utero responds to mother's voice ..
  does not know the semantics
  but recognises the imprint of the phonetic vibration
  and the associated emotional energy.

The closest philosophical concept is memes ..
  Noriega-Gonzales wrote to me privately and shows
  they have some understanding of where I am coming from
  when they asked if I used E-Prime in my work.

BTW .. the words do not have to be spoken out loud
or read as the written word to trigger the reaction ..

they can be visualised .. or sent "telepathically" to the
  other person.
