Subject: [K-list] evolution according to the Divine plan

After reading all the recent posts it has occured to me that if all of creation has some level of consciousness, and is consciously evolving according to a Divine plan, then we are also meant to consciously evolve, and have been given a large capacity for that task. If a tree is consciously evolving trying to generate better seeds, which means some alteration in its DNA, then we too are meant to consciously evolve and have an effect on our own DNA. And what is the route/method of consciously affecting human evolution? Here is a quote by Alice Bailey. She is speaking of telepathy within the collective consciousness.

"The scientific basis for the widely accepted "brotherhood of man" rests on the the fact of the interwoven etheric energy structure underlying all forms in all kingdoms within the planet. It is this essential oneness which provides the conditions for intercommunication on all levels of consciousness. and creates the possibility of simultaneous impressions in many by a stream of energy."

Anyone care to address these ideas?
