This reminds me of something a psychiatrist friend told me--there was a
study done in which a group of people was given an extremely difficult word
puzzle to solve. After several hours, they came up with the answer. The next
day a different group of people on the other side of the world was given the
same puzzle, and got the answer in half the amount of time. They did this
over and over and the second group was always faster, as if the answer was
hanging in the universe because of the first group.

And, to the person who felt negative energy from his computer: I think
computers and all machines take on a lifelike presence. I can sometimes feel
the energy of my computer streaming into my hand when its on the mouse. If I
take my hand off the mouse, the feeling is gone. It's very weird! I feel
this same sort of thing with my car, as if I can communicate with it. Sounds
crazy, but I swear it's true.

The "Is K Catching" thread is really interesting. My question is--why don't
more people know about kundalini and why do I feel like people will think
I'm crazy if I talk about it? Seems strange that western medicine has no
niche for K whatsoever. It took me a long time to get over that, but now I
see many areas where western medicine is lacking. I think some enlightenment
is in order!

For example, I saw a show about dreams on PBS. One of the doctors they
interviewed said dreams were meaningless after listening to a patient
describe an OBE-like dream. It made me so sad to hear him say that, when it
was obvious to me that the patient could have benefited greatly from an
analysis of the dream. How can this doctor ignore the many traditions of the
world that value the information passed to us in dreams?

I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that these ignorant attitudes will
change as more people begin to experience K.
