Hi there! My name is Jen and I've been checking in with this group
off and on for about a year now. I have recently undergone an 18
month spiritual emergency that was diagnosed as a Mystical Experience
with Psychotic-Like Features (I added the 'like').

I like to read the letters on this site as they sometimes have the
same issues mentioned as the ones I have faced/am facing but I wonder
if there aren't others on this list who are in the Spiritual
Emergency zone too(mystical experience with psychotic-like features,
or the dark night of the soul, unbearable lightness of being, intense
and intimate experiences of God, etc.). I would be interested in
chatting with you if you are out there. It sounds from what I've read
of Antoine's article that he has had similar experiences to mine, for
example.

Anyhow, that is all for now. I have the minorest of kundalini
awakenings myself and only notice a pressure on the base of my spine
if I am meditating in a very spiritual place. Although I should note
that I notice others are moved to block the base of their spines
(hold their hands over their own base of spine) in my presence which
I believe is due to its catch-ability.
