...There is a great book which may help you
regarding getting "slimed" by another's energy, whether "dark" or
just
stressed; it's called Psychic Self Defence (I think), by Master Choa
Kok Sui, who is the founder of the Pranic Healing teachings. He also
offers a workshop on the subject. Psychic shielding can be as simple
as asking and knowing that your higher self or teachers are
protecting
you. I envision a force field around me at times, asking that it be
permeable from within to allow my own energies out, but strong on the
outside to protect from energies from the outside. You can set
"timers" for these shields as well...
