It sure seems that way. Shaktipat seems to happen on a smaller scale
quite often. K from different centers seems travels between people.

My mother and I have pretty intense linkage. My youngest brother from
the time he was an infant would fixate on lights on the ceiling,
especially in church and go into a state of consciousness where his body
was like rubber - totally pliable. It would take some time to get him
back into body consciousness. My great grandmother (maternal) was the
seventh daughter of a seventh daughter and a "fire talker" in the
Appalachian tradition. A very intense being. I spent a lot of time
when we were at her house when I was a child looking for her "magic
broom". I knew in every part of my being that she was some intense kind
of witch. When I think about it she may have played a strong role in
stirring up my own K. Among other things fire-talkers have the ability
to cure certain conditions just by speaking. Over thanksgiving my
mother told me I was born with the thrush, a coating of the mouth and
throat. She had my great grandmother cure me by fire-talking.

Yes. When I started recently more consciously working with K again and
doing my kriya meditations I have noticed that my energy flows more
directly to other people. There responses to me are more marked and
direct (happy or not). The other day I walked into a co-workers office.
When she looked up I felt energy jump between us. Her back did that
undulationg shivering rush mini=Kriya thing at the same time. It was
very interesting.
When I am doing more it feels like the K energy or something is
sensed/felt by others and they go through some adjustment when we are in
the same room. Sometimes it harmonizes better and synchs. Other times
it feels like harmony is not reached and the energy seems to be
grating.
