Hello everyone,

Have been absent from the list for a bit less than a year after being on-list for nearly 2 years. But something drew me back in and I resubscribed a short while ago, using my new hotmail address. Usually I am more of the quiet kind, but in the past I got drawn into the discussion now and then (even including some of the flame wars, I admit).

My experiences with K have smoothed out a bit over time. Right now I am not experiencing too many unsettling visions during meditation, nor a lot of heavy, symbol-ladden dreams or phenomena disturbing my mental peace. So all in all, I am having a fairly smooth ride at the moment. So here I am, back on the list, all yours.
