I'm glad you enjoy the list! You could search the archives at egroups,
but no matter.. the list is circular and sometimes repetitive, as new
members come in asking the same questions we have heard before.

 If opening the crown chakra and letting the excess energy out is not
helping, then I would suggest you look for a medical cause. Could be
anything from hypoglycemia, food allergies, to Candida yeast infection.
Especially if exercise helps, problems with sugar could be the cause. Burn
up the sugar, come back into balance.

 Again, it could be K., or it could be K. working to rebalance a
physical problem. Please see a Doctor.
