Stop trying to stay in the heart chakra.. allow your consciousness to
go where it will.. Goddess knows best.
You will come to rest in the heart, naturally when the process is done
but in the meantime you have to spend time looking at your world from all
the other chakras and working out the issues they represent. The power
chakra in particular, to find out why you give yourself away so readily..
The root chakra, to find out why you do not feel accepted in the Tribe
just for yourself.
I suspect you have a deeply submissive personality.. this is not a bad
thing, it means "service to other" is bound right into your DNA, and that
will make your path easier, in the long run...
Our culture gives all the glory to leaders, so submissives can easily
feel that there must be something wrong with them.. but it is a Divine gift.
Focus on what *you* get out of serving others.. How it makes you feel,
to give.. If "it is better to give than to receive", then truly you are
serving yourself, by giving.. your giving is selfish because you do it for
yourself, because you like how it makes you feel. Selfishness is the
essential nature of being, Mother Theresa does what she does because it
makes her feel good about herself. Nothing wrong with that!
You would serve others, by allowing yourself to receive. :) Letting
other folks have the pleasure of giving to you!
