Excellent Hans - it can't be emphasized enough that the "trouble maker" always is
the mind - the store house of impressions that can pop up in many ways. Jokingly,
I have called them "ghosts of the mind" because when having experienced only once
that the "ghosts" cannot really harm one, being haunted by them won't happen twice.
That is not to deny there can't be a problem, like physical pain, and it has to be dealt with
accordingly. Yet, the rule is that underlying is some kind of block, hindering the natural flow of
energy. When energy flows unhindered, it flows through the entire body and peace is natural..
