Hi Listmembers!
Thanks so much for responding to my introduction (11/28, A Gentle
Awakening), both via this list and personally. It always helps to get
feedback...
I continue to have almost daily (nightly, actually) K experiences, each
one different. It seems the more I let K do what it needs to do, the
more intense the experience and the more I get out of it.
I have some basic questions. (Pardon if they've been addressed before --
just point me to the relevant message in this list.)
1. I've now read a couple of books and several links via websites. A
couple have instructed to "stay in your third eye," in order to avoid
"excessive emotions" during the experience. Other have recommended
staying "in the heart." My (very limited) experience makes me skeptical
about this advice. First, my entire existence now is more from the heart
than anything else, so I always feel this most strongly. Second, my K
"risings" seem to go the way they need to go, and I now feel little need
to "stay" anywhere as it proceeds, except, perhaps, to keep my attention
focused on IT. There's an intelligence there I cannot deny, and the
insights often seem to flow both during and afterward. If anything, what
I've often felt is a direct energetic link between my heart and my third
eye, very palpable at times, so I don't think I could "stay" in either
even if I wanted to. What are your insights and experiences? Am I
missing something important here?
2. I have to wonder, does this process eventually cool down? I feel like
I'm at the edge, nearly out of control. I'm often exhausted, and have
several times awakened in the middle of the night to find myself in the
midst of it, or feeling as if it will take off at any moment, which it
often does, sometimes when I'm so tired I don't want to do anything but
go back to sleep. Then at other times, I'm ready and welcome it. I just
feel so blissful and grateful! Another thing: my chakras are often super
sensitive, revving up with the least bit of attention, and often waking
me up they are so super-charged! I feel as if my body or my cells are
struggling to keep up with all this extra energy, yet the level of
energy itself keeps me from getting the rest I think I need. A long walk
in the woods is one of my few remedies. Any suggestions or insights?
Thanks again for all your help. This is a great list!
Love,
Mark
