Well, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.. so
your desire for goodness also attracts negative entities. Good and bad are
subjective judgments that exist only in the lower chakras... but you are in
the lower chakras so there they are.

Cooties! LOL!!
Anything that is given enough energy of human intention will become
self aware, and try to propogate and feed itself. Thus, the world is filled
with cooties made of negative human energy. They are parasitical, because
they need your attention and energy to survive. By provoking you to a
negative reaction, they get food.. they feed on your emotional energy. So,
swearing at them helps not.
These critters are flimsy and weak, they can be transmuted easily and
cannot survive in a higher vibration. Thus, they try to interfere with your
growth so they can continue to feed on you. When I work to raise people's
vibration, I often see black bits like shrapnel, popping off them like
popcorn and vanishing.

In the highest sense, you are All that Is.. so they are part of you.
However you are not aware of yourself in that sense/level so it makes sense
for you to treat them as "other". I don't think they are a part of your
individual personality.. however, your desire for Goodness likely has
attracted them. You are caught in a "good guy/bad guy" game.

Of course they have.. their existence and food supply is threatened
by your asking for help. They know that there are people here who can kick
their scrawny asses into the light so they are trying to keep you from
posting. If you become empowered then they are dead flies.

You gave your power away to them and they were empowered. Your heart
would not hurt you, but you may have an entity living in your heart.. I
find this often, I have come across people who have many entities living in
their heart.. they need to be cleared out so the heart voice can be heard.
That still small voice of kindness..
Free Will is Goddess Law, and on the level where these cooties exist,
every bird has a right to defend it's nest. The cooties are here because on
some level you allow them in.. and you can kick them out again.
If your heart was clear then I could just tell you to open your heart
and suck them into it, transmute them with it's radiance.. eat them for
breakfast instead of them eating you.. :) But, your heart has parasites so
instead I suggest that you call on your Guardian Angels. Every body has
Guardian Angels, and they are very powerful, but they follow the law of
free will and cannot interfere unless you ask them to. So, ask! :)
I am going to give you a simple ritual to do.. the power of ritual is
that it focuses intention by thought-word-deed which is stronger than
thought alone.
Get a candle, preferably one of those 7 day votive candles in a jar,
but any candle will do. Before you light the candle, hold it in your hands
and ask for it to be blessed and dedicated to your Higher self and your
Holy Guardian angels. Ask or your angels to protect you and cleanse you of
all negative and parasitical entities, as they see best, in service to your
highest Good and the unfolding of your spiritual grace, and accordance with
Divine Will for you. Thank them for doing this, and give them love and
gratitude. Give them wide open consent to take anything that does not serve
your highest good, and to fill the spaces where the stuff used to be, with
Divine Light and Grace.
Light the candle, and keep it somewhere where your eyes fall on it
often. Everytime your eye falls on the light, affirm your intention of
faith in your angels to cleanse and protect you, and thank them for doing
it. Ask them to clear all entities from you, from your heart, from anywhere
that they exist. When you hear the negative voices, imagine them being
dragged into the candle flame and burnt up.. similar with any specks you
see. Sending them into the candle flame is a symbolic metaphor for sending
them into the Light. When doubts and fears come up, send them into the
light, too. Let it all go..
The additional visualization of them burning up in flame may be
un-necessary if you have faith in your angels, because they will have
already done it as soon as you ask (they have been waiting for you to
ask!) but you may find it to be a useful affirmation to strengthen your
intention to be free of parasites.
When you go to sleep at night put the candle in your kitchen sink, or
bathtub, somewhere safe so it cannot be knocked over and start a fire..
unlikely, because the candle is protected by Angels, but like they say
"Trust to Allah but tie up the camels."
The candle is a symbolic offering, and a reminder like a string around
your finger, to keep you focused on your intent. Let it burn down to nothing.
When you have done this for a week, go to the Grounding site and do the
visualization. Write back and tell us what happens.

Kundalini is a Dominatrix.. serve Her and have none before Her, and
She will take care of everything else..

Clear the critters and the insights will flow more easily. K.
manifests first, often as sexual energy so the voice could be correct, in a
way.. but deal with one thing at a time. You need to get some mental
privacy to sort yourself out.

:) You instinctively transmuted it by blasting it with Chi. Well done.
