Yes .. in an essence ..

 and don't let anyone else try to tell you otherwise

There may be some who will, but, when you have made
what you wrote real in the cells of your physical body,
you will understand why they react .. and you won't

Have you read this out loud to yourself so that the body has
heard the vibrations of the words you have written ..?

This can be a very useful process for clearing the cobwebs ...
 and opening the door for more K to run free ..
