Subject: [K-list] wired solstice..

 Well, I mentioned before that the solstice energy seems to be running
high early this year. Whew! I'm moody and having trouble sleeping these
last few days. Hyper and hypersensitive. Scrubbing my house to give the
energy an outlet or I'm too restless to sit still.

Sorry I have been silent lately.. too hyper to focus on email.. if I
get a stable moment I'll offer my thoughts on things that go bump in the
night.. maybe when I stop vibrating.. definitely vibrating, for weeks!

I'm really glad I followed guidance to do a Candida cleanse and cut
carbohydrates and sugar from my diet or I'd probably be bouncing off the
walls. boing boing boing goes the crazy Witch..

I might bounce off them anyways.... druid tells me about "wall
sprints" he and the other insane engineers used to do in university to cut
tension around exams. Run straight into a wall a few times and feel
yourself bounce off.. brings you back into your body real quick.. I keep
getting a mental image of doing just that ..

Sigh.. I wonder what strange evolution I'm up for this time??
 It will be as Goddess Wills.. any insights would be welcome.
