Dear Sheila,
I too have had steam rise from the top of my head while others were putting
on sweaters to shield from the cold. There are times when I feel I might
combust. This last workshop I went to I kept ice water wraps around my
shoulders in a room where everyone else seemed very comfortable. I have had
to leave some rooms and go outside many times because of the heat when
others were comfortable and some even cool.
I will be interested in the responses you get as well.
Thanks for your post.
In love,
wendy
