Hi Dee,
I'm familiar with the book and if you aren't having much of a regular physical exercise, it will make a lot of difference in fitness. The same goes for food-combining - the thought behind it is that every type of food does require a different "treatment" in the stomach. Having been practicing that for some 11 years, I can assure you it "works".
