Christopher and lists-

When I read Christopher's words (and so understood that what we say to each
other on these lists is very important as our words can produce spontaneous
clearings and healings):

"Fire in Heart or Throat produces a statement which is true in the moment
and gives way to the next moment .. with no need for justification,
explanation or defence .. it is its own authority .. and comes without
active thought ..."

I unexpectedly experienced rememberences of being 'invisible' to my parents.
They neither knew, nor were interested in who I was... They talked at me,
issuing orders and projecting their stuff at me-Iwas unimportant, and
totally invisible. The area around my heart went into kryias and a heavy
panting and I wept and expressed my anger. I'd never expressed my anger
before at them...just worked on forgiving.

Funny, I thought that I'd finished with my 'parent stuff,' but I guess I was
still holding some of the feelings from the early years in my body... and
may be holding onto yet more.

Does anyone know, though, why my throat feels nauseous? A naseous throat
has come up for me periodically for the last year, or so.

There must be much more to come as "Christopher's heart/throat experience
informs:

"it is the result of Heart Fire moving spontaneously
upward to the communication centre ..

and it can be quite scary .. because as I moved through this
I saw through all of the esoteric meanings of the texts ..
and a whole lot of fears surfaced .."
