Michael ..
From my experience, and the perspective of the work
I am involved in, this is very close to a statement of Truth.
The only thing missing in what you have written
is that the mind becomes the "interface" (much like
your monitor and keyboard) between the
whole <body-mind-spirit> and the outside world ..
in this state, mind becomes aware of itself as mind ..
as a state of awareness of itself as awareness ,,
but does not "control" ..
another way of writing this would be
"intelligence aware of itself as intelligence
with the intelligence to get out of its own way"
In this state, the emotional responses/reactions leading
to "active thinking" are replaced by a state of "knowing"
