 Our stories are very similar.. I was awakened very young also. Raised
Roman Catholic, coping with my odd experiences for many years on my own
before discovering the framework of Kundalini to fit them into place. That
is why the list and website exists.. many people here know exactly how hard
it is to be going thru this transformative experience alone, with fear of
madness and no idea of what is happening to you, no support.
 Welcome! You are not alone anymore..

  Sounds like a UFO abduction experience.. I suspect a lot of
awakenings are confused with abductions, people have no framework to hang
their experiences on so they think it is alien.. Not you, necessarily, but
I have thought about this a lot since I discovered that UFO abduction
experiences and K.A symptoms are the same..

 I've had those.. they can be fun but sometimes I have been very glad
to wake up!

  Probably you are taking on Karma from people and working it thru your
own body.. have a chat with your heart voice about that possibility, and
whether it might be better for you to focus the next energy surge inward so
it can carry you past the illness completely.
