Hello Beautiful One's.. coming to you from the sunny GoldCoast of
Australia :) I have been a silent member for a little while, reading
all the excellent posts (email direct) and learning wonderful info on
Kundalini (fairly new to understanding Kundalini).. I read with great
interests, and I thoroughly enjoy your insights and sharing.. Thank

I have a question that has been on my mind for a while (literally
speaking - *giggles*) that is.. for quiet some time now, several
months I have had this sensation upon the top of my head, aka Crown
Chakra.. that is mostly a pressure feeling, like someone is pushing
down on the Crown, it actually feels like it is coming from the
outside (above) and entering this area.. other times it is a tingling
feeling, generally when I am writing (In several Yahoo Spiritual
Metaphysical Clubs) this sensation tends to ease, if not flow.. when
I am writing for my book (The Spiritual Empath) it is a gentle flow,
though it can build to some extent prior to writing.. now this
pressure is becoming quite intense and I was wondering if anyone has
any adivse or can tell me whats a happening here, I would be
sincerely aprreciative.. I apologise in advance if you have already
covered this before *smile*.. thank YOU with Love Light and Blessings
