I've recently undergone an 18mnth spiritual emergency in which I think, from
what little I know of it, sounds like prana played a role. As for kundalini,
whenever I felt the burning sensations or desire to move/release in my lower
back during the s. emergency I suppressed it cuz I had soooooo much stuff to
deal with already.

What I'm wondering is what exactly is meant by prana and how does it play a
role in the spiritual experience. (although I feel my kundalini may possibly
be touched from the spiritual emergency I do not think I will make efforts
to arouse it cuz of my background)
