Hey everyone,
Something interesting happened this weekend that I figured I might share. .
. something that's got me back into the "troubleshooting" part of things. .
.
I had this busy day Saturday, very busy because I slept in very late and had
a lot to do in short amount of time. I never did get to making my bed that
night, but since I had to sleep somewhere, I just slept there on the "bed"
with only a mattress cover. And the room was nice and comfortable, too.
Here's what's interesting: Sunday morning, and this morning (I tried this
again last night, as I was surprised the first time) I was able to get up
early, with no significant energy drains whatsoever. This after months of
struggling to get up in the morning just to get to work.
Then, I did meditation on the bus this morning, and apparently the 2d chakra
was "hyperactive" again, even after I spent the last few days sorting out my
feelings, getting rid of the last signs of repression. . .
All of this has made me wonder about two things:
1. What role does a blanket, or even a sheet, play in a person's energy
flow? I might just sleep without it all from now on.
2. If I'm getting energy blocks again, why now? Especially when I'm trying
to clear them when I can.
I also wonder if these two issues are connected. . .
