i have been experiencing this process for around three years now.
at times dramatic , at times subtle.
at times blissful, at times very uncomfortable.

at my most troubled moments,
what got me through the most,
was being with others who i felt understood
what i was going through.
so i could relax and let it unfold.

i think it is wonderful that we can have this forum
to share with each other,
and i am looking forward to our interactions.
