Dear So & So,
I have not read very much by Ramana Maharshi, but just his pictures are very
beautiful and his being comes through so clearly, compassionately and
understandingly, so benevolent as well. I know of him more through Franklin
Jones (Adi Da or whatever name he goes by now.) My wife has read a great
deal by Ramana and was very affected by him. She is in India right now and
at one point could be very close to the Ashram of his followers.
>> There is more to this of course... but why did you ask me???
Ramana would've said: "Who is asking?"
Letting go of the prescribed vision and descriptions of the world.
Erasing personal history.
Letting go of how others have formed us, shaped us as though we needed it,
as though we would not grow by ourselves. Letting go of our reactions to
those formations, urgings and promptings to reclaim our originality, to be
in the source again, 'resourceful'. Being at once everything that forever
emanates from that. One of my NDE's was like that. The one in which I
decided that nirvana could wait...
Love,
Wim
Don Juan (the Jaqui Indian) must have been quite a being as well
