Please acknowledge with zest and fervour (vim and vigour), that it is very
good to understand things *intellectually* and *mentally* first. It is no
good to fight the mind... it will just fight back.
In this 'new age' (blah) with it's new judgements like: "The mind is
politically incorrect. " we have started to beat the mind up a bit too much,
now anything the mind does is barely appreciated.
There is something neat about the mind.., tell it that you appreciate it's
understanding and the mind moves aside to let experiences come in
unencumbered.
When you stop fighting the mind it is ready to take in new reality
experiences.
