of course it is OK, that is why I posted publically :)

My throat chakra is wide open. I did a lot of cying my heart out and
sobbing last year. I am pretty good at speaking out at what is so
with me if you monitor any of my posts this year. ;>

When my heart opened several years ago it was like someone coming
from behind me and putting their hands on my shoulders while try to
pulling them back. It was like 'cracking' my chest open along my
sternum (breast bone). Then a fountain of joyous energy flowed out
for hours, it seems, all around the universe. My shoulders pulled so
far back my elbows kept me from laying flat on my bed while my spine
arched forward, my head rolled back on my neck, also not touching the
bed.
