It relates to the book 'The Lost Teachings of Atlantis : The children of the
Law of One by Jon Penial.

I have just ordered it, after reading enough reviews that put it in a very
favourable light.

The link above realtes to some of the exercises that are listed in the book,
passed on down the generations from the Age of Atlantis? From what I gather,
the surivors from Atlantis dispersed themselves around the world and
difussed their knowledge in many different places. The sinking of Atlantis -
after effects corrolates with the great flood. Gods of Olympus were Children
of Law of One?

All very interesting ideas, and the exercises/meditations seem very
beneficial.

Anyone read it?
