hi Kalipadma,
welcome to the k-list... i enjoyed your post, although i do disagree with
you somewhat about the benefits of charging/paying money for spiritual
work/help... of course, the best of spiritual wisdom comes from within
(although it may manifest outwardly) and is always available for free...
Mystress Angelique will probably address your comments about the
cost of her course... however, if you looked at the pages that are for
free www.Fire-Serpent.com (and they contain a lot more than merely
promotional material), you will see that she does offer the possibility of
barter or scholarships for those who truly cannot afford her course...
as far as writing porno for money goes, there is now so much of it available
for free on the internet, that it has become more difficult to get paid for
it... but it is still possible, so take what i am saying with a grain of
salt... it is not my wish to discourage you, only to make you aware of
certain market forces that affect what you are considering...
btw: i am also disabled and homebound... i've had chronic lyme disease for
14 years... it is difficult, but in many ways it is a gift to be freed from
the rat race of the working world... i find that time does not seem to exist
for me anymore, which allows me to stay focused on the present more easily
than most people...
we recently discussed "Still Here: Embracing Aging, Changing and Dying" by
Ram Dass on the list... you may find it helpful and relevent to your
situation (i certainly have)...
good luck and be well...
warmly,
percyval
