Hello,

I checked out the web site www.list-server.net/kundalini/med.html and while
I saved it as a favorite, I was apprehensive to open it.

I've had K now for nearly a month and am trying to just get through all the
kriyas occurring night (mostly) and day. Last night was the worst yet. I
usually have kriyas from the heart chakra, but last night, my whole body
went into spasms several times. A few days ago I began hearing celestial
music, for hours, usually while I was quiet, reading or at the computer.

So, my apprehension is that I may speed the process up or slow it down. My
inclination is to let it take its ride.
