Hi Bob,

Thank you for your warm reply. I appreciated your sharing and your thoughts
are so aptly put - the shedding of codependent habits.
The shift from external approval to being at one and centered within myself
is a miraculous journey and is the central theme of my awakening. Indeed
does one LOL or COL. Perhaps a little of both!
