Hello, I am new to the list. My K awakening began about 3/4 years
ago.
It began with a meditative experience which changed everything. This
experience led me to realize that my entire existance had been a lie.
Deep breath!
 I had for a brief moment tasted my truth and when the experience was
over I was then left with alot of work to do! I was plunged back into
the personality (the little box in which I had lived in), the
personality/ego self which had been born out of cultural,familial
and religous upbringing and expectations. It was as if my Soul had
wanted to walk down the Left-hand path but I had walked all of my
life down the Right-hand path. I was a long way from home, My Self.

Thank you to all, who have had the courage to share their experiences
and insights and at times vulnerabilities on these and the Shared
Transformation pages. The knowledge that I am not alone on this
crazy ride is so encouraging and heart-warming. Yes, I have been
lurking for a few months now!

Question: Does LOL - mean Lots of Laughs?

I would also appreciate ideas / comments on :
some time ago I was in a trance like state and I was shown an image
of my physical heart and the flow of blood being reversed. What does
this mean?

I hope this message isn't too disjointed, its hard to know where to
begin and what to include.
