A week ago I began having kriyas. My boyfriend says I have K. I've been resisting and often try to stop it and even hide it from my boyfriend. Now I have to just let it shake out every day whenever I can or I cannot sleep. This seems to help because last night was the first night I slept really well since this all began.

My boyfriend had spontaneous awakening over 13 years ago. Is it possible that because my boyfriend has K that it triggered it in me or was it going to happen anyway?
