Thanks for the feedback and additions. :)) No, I haven't done any reading of
the basic texts (has been on my list of things to do for ages! :)), but
classifications are certainly an easy way to organize material. Interesting.

One question...Have you found that Mudras actually *trigger* these
experiences or are they simply one result of them, like Kriyas?

Like your additions--esp. walking and Beautiful women :))

Dear Wim,

No, not another poll, though I'd like feedback both as to whether I've missed
some triggers or if people find this list accurate. It's always been a
strong interest of mine, and the subject came up on another list so I got
inspired. <grin>. I hope people find it useful. The list is pretty much
based both on reading and on the experiences people have related here over
the years.

Do you think I should *do* something with it? :))
