According to my personal understanding and experience of kundalini energy,
it is most dangerous when blocked. If anyone needs help over this, they
should visit an acupuncturist and/or a McTimony chiropractor, rather than
court sure disaster by visiting a 'normal' doctor.

Also, stay away from 'supressant' drugs.
