I felt the same urge to express what I experienced. It was so intense and I
couldn't bear to keep it inside. This lasted for six months and I have lots
of poetry from that time :-)
However now I don't need to do that any more. It is a discharge of spiritual
energy. It's best to keep in inside for myself and not make it public except
to those that have the same experiences.
