I do agree that control is a bad idea with K. I actually think trying to control anything is a less then healthy approach. Since the need to control usually stems from fear, or self doubt.

Your parents sound wonderful! Makes since why you are so open and sweet.

If you get bord (if I could spell) I reccommend Louise Hay, just for insight of the self. She has "creative" but very right on ways to look at most illness, or life in general. Yours seems to be a beautiful mystery! I feel a great sense of art and inspiration that comes from you because of your situation...

So far I guess maybe it is my guides that help me most with K. Giving me support and ideas how to relieve it when it is too intense, or even how to dance with it.

When I realized Kundalini existed. For the simple reason that I did not find the word to discribe my past few years experince. When I began to read and relate, I had this idea... Kundalini is like taking a 15 watt light bulb and sending 100 watt of energy through it. It makes sense that our fragile forms may not be able to adjust with it.

Much of my K drama comes from my mind trying to absorb the energy going through my body. Which can cause severe confsion and doubt. But meditating and totally surrenduring, like you said... keeps me sane and healthy.

I am glad to know you! VERY glad. We have a wonderful little family here. Thank you again for being so beautifully open. I have you in my happy, healthy peace thoughts :)
