Hello All:

I'm new here but not new to kundalini and her many nuances. I have
been at it for nearly 30 years and had my kundalini "awakening" in
the late 1980s. It's a long journey and I invite anyone who is
interested to check my home page where there is an account of my trek
over the years.

This forum looks very promising, and I am most appreciative to have
the opportunity to participate. I'm here to find some kinship and to
offer a few tidbits to whoever can use them. And of course, I am also
interested in anything I can learn to hasten my own growth along.
