Extrapolated From Lee Sannella's *Kundalini Experience*

Motor Phenomena:

1. Automatic Body Movements and Postures [Kriyas, asanas, mudras]

2. Unusual Breathing Patterns [Prana]

3. Paralysis [Catalepsy]

Sensory Phenomena

4. Tickling Sensations "deep ecstatic tickle and orgasmic feelings."

5. Heat and Cold Sensations

6. Inner Lights and Visions

7. Inner Sounds "whistling, hissing, chirping, roaring..."

8. Pain "in head, the eyes, the spine...may begin abruptly...only to vanish
as abruptly"

Interpretive Phenomena

9. Unusual or Extreme Emotion

10. Distortions of Thought Processes

11. Detachment

12. Dissociation

13. Single Seeing "Now instead of seeing separately, they saw as one."

Nonphysiological Phenomena

14. Out of Body Experiences
