LOL . . . thanks, Bee - I can honestly feel the hug. I no longer have my
copy of Sannella's book on kundalini. If someone who does could post his
brief list of 10-12 symptoms (per my memory), I would appreciate it - I will
then post the DSM-IV criteria for mania - as I remember, the symptoms are
about 75% concurrent.

I have been down lately - trying to adjust my sleep, quit my use of st.
johns, tyrosine, ginsing-gotu kola-etc blend, gingko - to see what just
depakote is like. It sucks. I feel drained most of the time. I will add
some of those supplements back in, but know that eventually, I must work
through emotional/psychic/energetic problems to be free of these issues.

thanks for the support - i may need more in the coming months, as I try to
swallow the knot of hot rice in my throat, or bite through, ac. to zen
tradition.
