Another good book to read on this is : "A Farther Shore : How Near-Death and
Other Extraordinary Experiences Can Change Ordinary Lives"
by Yvonne, MD Kason and Teri Deigler.
Paperback Revised edition (June 2000)
Harpercollins Canada; ISBN: 0006386245
Look it up at amazon.com Quite a few libraries carry the book
Yvonne Kason is a Canadian physician who went through a near death
experience and through that got into Kundalini. Her book is one of the first
books written by the "medical profession" and is taken quite seriously by
run of the mill doctors and psychiatrists alike. That book saved my life.
Love,
Wim
