A realized person functions at the level of Goddess
and at that point, can send Shakti energy out to
manifest as just about anything. Shakti energy
vibrates at an incredible rate. It's been measured in
a realized person though, by Valerie Hunt, the
professor who wrote Infinite Mind. Graphs are in the
back of the book, if you are interested.

This is no longer the case. There's a lot of
literature written about the rapid changes taking
place on the planet...some of it from sources that I
personally regard as impeccable.

Actually, a person who has kundalini raised in his/her
body can raise it in another just by having sex with
his/her partner.

I guess that's your take. Most of the "saints/gurus"
that I read about including Padre Pio (try reading the
accounts of saints etc, discussed in "The Future of
the Body," by Michael Murphy, the co-founder of the
Esalen Institute) have it quite different than perfect
with no desires. Padre Pio desired greatly to continue
his pastoral work, at which he was very effective, but
the Church saw fit to semi-retire him and to cut off
access to the hordes who wished for his attention
because it was frightened by the entire business. The
Fatima children were hounded, threatened, punished for
their visions. Rimpoche (I hope I got the name right)
died of AIDs after infecting quite a few of his
students, male and female....so it goes.
