Dear all,

this morning I reveived a mail from a friend, she answered my quest for a
good chiropracter, I was asking for.
Actualy I'm dealing with pain in my spine, it's not good to sleep the last
weeks, sometimes its painfull to breathe when I'm lying in bed.
She gave me a name of a doc and supplementary she wrote about an article
from Reindjen ANSELMI. I don't know who it is. Befor I could read the Text (
and now, when I write this) all my hairs are standing up like I have put my
fingers in a current plug with high voltage.
I feel this sensation everytime, when I'm reading emails from this list
with a important message for me or writen with an open heard.
I've learned to trust this sign, thats the reason why I'm describing this.
A lot what Anselmi writes about sounds like kundalini symptomes. He calls it
Ligtbodyprocess.
I list here in short, what he talks about, without interpretation;
- restructure of brain and hormonal glandular system
- opening of throat and heard chakra
- specially the lower segments of the body and its chakras
- trouble because of the resistance against the higher soulenergies
- increasing lapses of memory
- disorder in thinking and traces of mental confusion
- insomnia
- sensation of pressure and pain in the bodymuscles
- pain in the base of the skull, neck, lower toungemuscle and throat

Once an other friend tould me, I'm in a Lightbodyproces. I thought this
were eventualy different names for the same thing.
This all makes very curios, so I want to ask for your experience.
I want to know if there are different types of processes or if they are only
different names for the same experience.
