Dear Amy and List,
Here are some K movies on my list:
I would include the film Powder. The character was activated while still in
the womb, when his mother was hit by lightening. He was affected by
electrical energy and was an empath.
The Film Phenomena with John Travolta. Sweet film. He too was hit by
lightening.
One of the Rasputin films. Can't remember which one. Shows him psychic as a
child, then really K activated when he was beaten. Could not seem to control
the sexual aspect of his energy. Obviously psychic for a time.
The Turn of the Screw (PBS version, anyway). A classic case of K psychosis.
Shows governess sexually repressed partly due to the overbearing influence of
Hell and Damnation preacher father. Saw Evil in her young male charge.
Henry James' brother was William James--author of the *The Varieties of
Religious Experience.*
A friend mentioned Brother Sun, Sister Moon.
Great idea, Amy. I'd love to know of more of these films.

<< I watched "The Green Mile" this weekend, a movie that has definte
references
to Kundalini. I was thinking it might be fun for all of us on K Gateway to
make a list of "Kundalini Movies," as in movies that refer to kundalini or
portray it or something about it. I would say "The Matrix" would be in this
category even though it doesn't mention K directly. I'd also name "Rocky
Horror" because of the transformation the characters go though.
Any others? >>
