Resonance is a basic principle and phenomenon present virtually
everywere in the universe. It is the building brick of the universe.
In the last 20 years scientifical discoveries in cutting edge phisics
came up with the Strings Theory that states that any paricle or
component of the universe and even space itsef is composed of
resonating "strings".

So far it is great and I really look forward new advaces in this
direction, but the yoga practitioners did not wait for this to
happen. They understood in a philosophical and practical maner all
these fundamental thruths since thousands of years ago.

One of the most important application of the law of resonance is the
understading of the subtle anathomy of the human body, the network of
force centers - chackras and force channels - nadis.

The direct knowlegde of the seven cackras and the Susumna Nadi can
provide you with a "scale" of values on which you can understand and
rate any spiritual experience. To do this you must become conscious
of each chacra through meditation and hatha yoga, to be aware of the
yin and yang aspects of all the first 6 chacras (except Sahasrara
which is neutral) and to open your nadis and especially Sushumna.

P.S. Vibrational sensations in the spine can be a sign of Kundalini
movements, probably an incipient awakening of Kundalini especially in
the etheric body - pranamaya kosha.

Crystals are powerfull beings and they can help you up to a certain
level by amplifying the subtle resonance of cosmic energies in your
aura. They are composed of huge arrays of atoms ordered in a specific
repeating pattern formin a medium that favours the apparition of
resonace.

You know, the awakening of Kundalini is a HUGE spiriual gift and a
clear sign of the Grace of God but you must do your part as well : be
conscious in every second of the profound misteries that are revealed
by the activity of Kundalini. Do not let them pass without you
noticing and meditating on those revelations because you would waste
what is most precious in this world - the Grace of God. Kundalini is
an inernal Guru.
