Dear List,
Some letters do not seem to be getting through, including this one of mine
and also a letter from Geoff is at the Egroup site.

breeathing strangely during meditation? My body draws up straight and tall
in my sitting position, my stomach sucks up and in and I start breathing

it leaves little or no lung room, but I just keep breathing, more like
panting. I feel like I'll pass out...and then it just stops. ANYONE?? >>
Dear Krystyna,
I wake up frequently in ecstatic states with these strange short, shallow,
fast breaths. Since both Pranayama (the art of Yogic breathing) and Hatha
Yoga postures seem to be triggers for accessing Kundalini, I would guess that
during K activity the body wants to naturally put itself into these
oxygen?/posture conditions. Mudras or hand positions would fall into this
same syndrome. These all seem to allow K energy to flow more effortlessly.
Love, Hillary
