In reply to the digest message post, I would like to
mention that, back many years ago when I used to
experience out-of-body projections, I would usually
sense lightning bolt like energy zipping back and
forth through my head from one side to the other,
and at the same time hear "popping" noises,
internally in my head, right before I would tumble
backward and downward out of my body (breech
birth??!!). Although I don't believe I have had a
full-blown K awakening, perhaps this was K-energy
that was part of my OBE.
