When we ban anger (or anything else) to the unconscious
it always seems to be coming from somewhere else.

Yes. I do understand. We judge what we do not understand.
This is why we do not understand.

If only we embraced our judgementalism
what would we see?

Most of us are.
Our actions are largely dictated by the unconscious.

If we can become conscious of that which is unconscious
...well, that might change. : )
