I enjoyed your "report" Sasse.
I have no orgasmic experiences to report, (yet?) but I did have a new
sensation during meditation yesterday.
Usually my head starts to go back and forth, with pleasant sensations of
energy waves.
Yesterday, the base of the spine also had energy waves going through it, so
I was feeling energy waves going from the base of spine and the head, so my
whole torso was having waves. It felt really good.
I hadn't meditated over the weekend, and on Sunday I was feeling pretty bad
with a sore back and muscles aches from the K building up. Of course, I was
too stubborn to just go meditate. I was wondering if not meditating for two
days made the energy stronger when I did meditate. Has anyone experimented
with doing that?
Today, not much happened in meditation.
